All elements, experiences, and more come together as one: you
"The journey of a million miles begins when you recognize the step beneath your feet"
The Yin and the Yang, represent two sides of the middle way.
As we see both sides, we can see not only the light, but also our shadow
Our Three Treasures:
the Jing of our physical essence,
the Shen of our spirit,
And our Qi, the transformation from which begets all things
From the outside world, down to the core of our being:
Wei - our protective force that keeps intruders at bay before they can reach our physicality (Similar to a cold)
Qi - Invading into our body, we are able to keep it in the space within us, that is inside us (Similar to the flu)
Ying - Encroaching on the fluids of our body, we are beginning to see delirium and sweating in the night (Similar to Covid)
Xue - The blood-- the deepest level, here the pathogen compromises our physical being and bleeding becomes a sign (similar to Cancer)
The Five Elements balance not only in the harmony of nature, but also in the harmony of our bodies.
From the physical organs, to the spirit of their representation in our personality, to their Manifestations in the world around us.
Relating this to Gabor Mate's four irreducible needs we can see how if any of the elements are out of balance, we will act out to get those needs met. If any of those needs are not met, then the energy cannot return to the Earth at the center, and pensiveness and anxiety are the default as we try to solve the disharmony
The Six Stages, can be divided into the 12 channels of Chinese Medicine, when we view them as 6 stages, we can see there is a branch above and a branch below. These very well blend with embryology and give a physical transitions from yin to yang in our body, and how that within us is expressed as the presentation about us.
